Quality Control Inspector

Salary: OTE £28,000 plus overtime (includes opportunity to earn £125 a week in bonus)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm plus overtime

We are looking for enthusiastic Quality Controllers to ensure that production standards are met and maintained for our cars before they leave our Preparation Centre!

What we are looking for:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. An interest in cars/ motor trade
  3. Experience with Smart Repair
  4. Be able to work under pressure
  5. Have a full UK Driving Licence
  6. Be computer literate

Areas of Responsibility:

  1. To inspect/asses every vehicle that comes into the preparation centre for faults that are out of company standard and record on internal system
  2. Identify all areas of concern including scratches, dents, poor previous repairs, wheels, tyres internal damage including carpets ,boot, seats, dashboards and door cards
  3. Allocate rectification to correct department eg: Bodyshop or SMART Repair.
  4. Ensure that all vehicles have been valeted to company standard
  5. Confirm mileage is correct on internal system and update if necessary
