Your Role as a Sales Leader:
As the driving force behind your Sales Team, you'll inspire motivation and offer expert coaching to ensure the attainment of targets and goals.
You will uphold a high level of customer service, striving for top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores for your dealership.
Responsible for implementing compliance to maintain Carsa high standards and fulfil customer obligations, fostering trust and integrity in all aspects of our operations.
Ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, you'll meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to customers.
You'll maintain the dealership's impeccable presentation, overseeing well-managed stock to create a lasting impression on all visitors.
