Position: Vehicle Technician

Location: Service Centre, Mountsorrel

Salary: OTE up to £42,000 DOE

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm plus every other Saturday Morning 8.30am-12.30pm plus overtime.

We are looking for Vehicle Technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, service and maintain vehicles to a good quality standard as specified by the manufacturers or warranty requirements at our new Service Centre in Mountsorrel!

A good knowledge and capability with diagnostics and vehicle electrical systems will be a distinct advantage.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • To provide complex diagnostics to a wide variety of vehicles.
  • To repair vehicle faults as requested by the customer.
  • To advise the service team of issues and when tasks are completed.
  • To determine priorities and allocate tasks in liaison with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales team.
  • To monitor work progress, and pursue issues as necessary.
  • To advise on best methods of repair and determine repair times in consultation with the Service Manager.
