Position: Vehicle Technician

Location: Service Centre, Mountsorrel

Salary: OTE up to £42,000 DOE

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm plus every other Saturday Morning 8.30am-12.30pm plus overtime.

We are looking for Vehicle Technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, service and maintain vehicles to a good quality standard as specified by the manufacturers or warranty requirements at our new Service Centre in Mountsorrel!

A good knowledge and capability with diagnostics and vehicle electrical systems will be a distinct advantage.

Areas of Responsibility:

To provide complex diagnostics to a wide variety of vehicles.
To repair vehicle faults as requested by the customer.
To advise the service team of issues and when tasks are completed.
To determine priorities and allocate tasks in liaison with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales team.
To monitor work progress, and pursue issues as necessary.
To advise on best methods of repair and determine repair times in consultation with the Service Manager.
