That's why we offer an exceptional Nationwide Delivery service, ensuring you can receive your car wherever you are in the country. With over seven locations spread across the nation, every car in our extensive inventory is available for delivery.

How It Works

Once you've chosen your dream car and we've finalised the deal with an approved deposit, the next step is arranging the handover. You have the flexibility to pick up your vehicle in person from any of our seven showrooms or opt for a convenient take-home delivery. We strive to arrange the handover at your earliest convenience, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Preparing Your Vehicle

We commit to delivering your vehicle in perfect condition. The preparation involves a thorough physical check to ensure the car meets our high standards. Additionally, we handle all the necessary administrative tasks to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please note, to achieve this level of readiness, we require a minimum turnaround of 3 to 5 days from the time of your deposit.

Transparent Fees

Standard Retail Customer - Admin Fee - £99

Reservation Fee: £99 (Fully Refundable)

Secure your chosen car with a reservation fee of just £99. This fee ensures that the vehicle is exclusively yours to consider — no one else can view, test drive, or purchase it during this period. This fee is fully refundable, providing you peace of mind and security in your car buying journey. If you change your mind, the deposit will be fully refunded after your visit at our showroom. Please note, this deposit cannot be refunded if you have reserved the car and then not arrived to view the car.

Retail customer using a finance broker outside of our official panel of lenders: £495

If you choose to use a finance broker outside our official panel, an admin fee of £495 is applied to cover additional administrative and financial service costs.

Trade customer purchasing a vehicle: £595

Trade customers are subject to an admin fee of £595, which covers the additional support and logistics involved in these types of transactions.

Customer/Business purchasing a vehicle to Export outside of UKTrade customer purchasing a vehicle: £995

For customers or businesses intending to export vehicles outside of the UK, an admin fee of £995 is applied to handle export documentation and logistics complexities.

Leasing Delivery Fee

For leased vehicles, we strive to make your experience as cost-effective as possible. On all new cars, the delivery cost is included as it’s delivered straight from the supplying dealership. For used leased vehicles, the delivery fee is already included in the rental, ensuring no additional charges.

Santander Consumer Finance also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock.
